Welcome to the Photo Mosaic Generator!

Turn your memories into a masterpiece. This tool analyzes a main image and rebuilds it using your photos to create a stunning piece of art that's uniquely yours.

How It Works

The magic is in the color matching. The application divides your main image into a grid. For each cell in the grid, it calculates the average color and then intelligently searches your entire library of tile images to find the one with the closest color match.

Getting Started in 3 Steps

1. Upload a Target Image: This is the "big picture." Choose a photo with good contrast and a variety of colors for the best results.

2. Upload Tile Images: The more, the better! We suggest at least 50 images for good results, but the more you provide, the more detailed your mosaic will be.
Tip: If you use Google Photos, you can search for terms like "flowers" or "beach", select all the results, download them as a ZIP file, and upload that single file here!
Warning: ZIP files larger than 1GB may fail due to browser memory limits. Please unzip them on your computer first.

3. Generate & Export: Use the settings to adjust the level of detail, then click "Generate Preview". If you love what you see, choose a high-resolution export size and download your finished mosaic!

A Note on Performance

Please note: All image processing happens directly in your browser. Your photos are never uploaded to a server. This ensures privacy but can be resource-intensive. If you upload thousands of large tile images, the application may slow down or even crash your browser tab.
